I haven't received my check yet. What should I do?
Now, it is very rare that there is anything wrong with your check payment. Out of the thousands of payments we've sent, only one or two members have ever had difficulty in receiving a check.
Please allow up to 30 days for your check to arrive. We send all checks via standard USPS regular mail. It is up to the post office to deliver your check, and so we cannot guarantee that you will receive it at a certain time. Please be patient.
If your check gets returned to sender and we have to resend it to you, there is a $3 handling fee that is applied.
If your check is simply "lost in the mail" and we have to reissue you another one, a $30 fee is applied to pay for a stop payment on the check. We will then resend you another check.
